We are sad to see JR go so soon... he will be missed every day! Please know that the memories he left with me, Jordan and Madison will remain forever. I hold him in very high regard and I know that he always did his best to be the best person he could be. I know that he is with God now, back home where he belongs... and the three of us will do everything we can to honor his memory and be there for Pamm, Tori and Vincent. We know this is such a tough time... there is no way to completely prepare for losing a loved one, even when you know it is inevitable. Please remember that we love you and hope we can help you through this with hugs and support! All our love... Dawn, Jordan, and Maddy

JR was one of a kind--a truly good person, a loving husband to our daughter Pamm, a wonderful father to Vincent and Victoria. We are so glad he got to spend so much time with the kids the last few years, and we know he is watching over them now.

We were so said to hear about the passing of JR. We have so many great memories of JR & his family. The family treated me to New Years & my 40th birthday, with my children, at their beautiful condo in Rocky Point. It was truly amazing. We also spent a fun weekend at Christopher Creek fishing, hiking, horse back riding & just hanging around. The kids spent many, many nights with Vincent & Victoria, over the years. Too many to count. JR always wanted the kids around and never hesitated to have them over.

Our thoughts are with all of you. We have so many great memories of J.R! Bonding over Husker football, Two Pesos on New Years Day, swimming in the pool in winter with wetsuits and the day he was so excited to share the news of Pamm expecting Victoria. We will never forget his kindness and support he gave our family. He will be missed!!

Dearest Vogel Family,
It's so hard to express how sorry we are about JR's passing. However, we can tell you what a great neighbor and friend JR was. Always a smile and hello for us and everyone he came in contact with. He was truly a kind-hearted man. We will miss his love for our BBQ Ribs and Brisket. Oh how he loved Bret's Smoked Ribs! Anyone could see he had a zest for life even up against the toughest of situations. Now he is with the Lord and eternally healthy and happy. When we remember JR we will always remember him with a smile.

JR was a very compassionate and well liked man. He gave all of his unconditional love to his children, and they will only benefit from their experience in knowing such a great human being. JR will be missed, he had an impact as a surveyor to me and to others around him. Our love and prayers go to his family. The world is empty without him, but heaven is blessed to recieve such a great spirit. Now you have peace, rest bro!
Our Love,
