April,
I am deeply saddened to hear of Mark's passing. I had the opportunity to work with him in the mid 80s after joining my sales team. His amazingly positive attitude and outgoing personality helped a lot of the younger team members see the light. In early 2003, I had the opportunity to work for Mark as we implemented a new sales organization in IBM.com. He was by far the best executive and manager I've ever worked for in my entire career. He taught me so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you through the days and weeks ahead. May God bless you.

April,
My heart is breaking for you and the boys. Mark was one of the "good guys", sincere, always smiling, and always so full of life- which makes this so hard to comprehend. Mark was one of THE best managers and mentors I've ever had the opportunity to work for as I learned so much from him. I saw Mark back in May and it was so good to catch up after all these years. We laughed reminiscing about some of the crazy stories when when he hired the team out of PCDirect and shipped us all over the country. We also caught up on you guys- He was so proud of his family and his eyes lit up even more when talking about Tommy and Jack.
Mark will so be missed. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!
