Maylon Schwanz Obituary
Dad, today we celebrate your 80th birthday. We'll spend the day reminiscing about you, laughing about all the funny things you'd say and do. We'll have all your favorites: steak, shrimp, mom's french fries, German Chocolate cake and homemade ice cream. But no matter how grand our celebration, we know that it will pale in comparison to the celebration you are having with your friends and loved ones in heaven…and it is in that knowledge we will find our comfort and strength to get through this day. You are so desperately missed and the profound impact you had on our lives is now most apparent through your absence. Your life brought us all such joy, your illness brought us all closer to God…for everything you have meant to all of us we celebrate you today. We love you DAD!! Happy Birthday!
