When I think of Melanie it always brings a smile to my face and a tear to my eye. 10+ years since she left us. She was so feisty and passionate. I miss her energy and warmth.

I have thought of Melanie so often in the last few years but had lost contact with her. I met Melanie when she lived in Denver (in 1975 or so) and we worked at Dairyland Insurance together. We became close friends right away. We were so different but brought to each other great love! I am so sorry to hear that she had passed. Even tho it has been so many years for me...I have such warm memories of Melanie and the times we spent together. I know her daughter and son will miss her terribly! Praying for you all even tho it has been so many years I know the loss is a great one!

Melanie had the most amazing spirit. She had a passioon for helping children who were at risk and ensuring that she felt love. Her smile and laughter feels my heart with so much joy. I will miss you my friend and I am greatful to have had you in my life. Forever and allways.

I have to say Ms. Melanie was the greatest lady I have ever known. She was so full of life and always gave 100% to enhance others lives. No matter what the day would bring you could always trust that Melanie had a big smile on her face and would always say "It's a great day in Phoenix, Arizona". Melanie was a great all around person, and one of the best friends I could have ever had. Let peace be with you my friend and my thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. If nothing else I am so glad I came to Phoenix just to get to know her, I will miss her so very much and I will love her forever.
