70, of Laveen, Arizona, passed away on April 16th, 2014. Alan is survived by his loving wife, Joan R. Brosius-Tack; son, Charles Lawrence Tack; father, Paul Edgar Tack; brother, Eric Tack; aunt, Joanne Martin; and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 3rd, 2014, at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, 717 West Dobbins Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc., (602) 276-3601.

I heard of Alan's passing and wanted to pass on my feelings of sorrow. I was honored to be his physician for a long time. He was such a kind man who gave so much to his school and community. I looked forward to talking with him and felt like I always learned something from him. I know he will be missed by so many/
