Richard Lagene Winslow, born June 26, 1967, passed away February 18, 2019 in Spokane, WA. Survived by his mother Bonnie Rajcevich (Bob), daughter Heather Chipman (Andrew), son Kyle Winslow (Sarah), six grandchildren and four brothers. He was a successful Mason, an outstanding artist and had a passion for antiques. He loved making everyone around him laugh, and had a knack for brightening up the room. He will be deeply missed. My dad was the hardest working, most dedicated man I have ever know. He had a smile and laugh that was contagious. He could take any situation and make some goofy joke out of it to make everyone laugh and lighten the mood. He was an amazing artist, he could sculpt, draw or build almost anything he set his mind to. He had an amazing voice that I hope I never forget and he absolutely loved to scare everyone. My father was an amazing person, father, brother, son and friend. He so dearly missed by so many. I have so many memories of my father that I will hold close and dear to my heart and I'm very thankful for the time we had together. RIP, I love you daddy!
