Danny Ash Obituary

Danny Gene Ash Sept. 22, 1947 May 19, 2005 Born in Tehachapi, CA to Bill (Thurman) and Erma Ash, Dan passed away in Sun City, CA. Left behind to mourn his passing are daughters Lauren and Brianne Ash of Bakersfield, son Jesse Ash of Bakersfield, daughter Brandi Toone and husband Travis of Tennessee, and son Ronnie of Tennessee; his love Dee A. Hartin of Sun City, brother Billy and wife Mary Kay of Bakersfield, mother Erma Moews of Oklahoma, and father Bill and wife Genie of Bakersfield. He is survived by grandchildren Carli Ash, Amber Morin, and Tyler Ash. He was preceded in eternal life by grandson L.J. Morin. He will also be missed by dearest friends Art and Jonie Reissman of Sun City, as well as his many friends, and brothers in Bikers for Christ. Dan served our country in the U.S. Navy from 1967 to 1970 and was honorably discharged from service. He spent his professional career in the construction industry, most often in project management. He loved motorcycles, fishing, and just hanging out with friends and family. Viewing will be held Thursday, May 26th, from 4-7 p.m., at Miller-Jones Mortuary, in Hemet, CA. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., at Staging Area 5, on Friday, May 27, 2005, where Dan will be laid to rest in Riverside National Cemetery. "Dan has been like a father in our career path". He had a way that made those who knew him truly understand his teaching ways. He taught us to always question what you don't understand and not to always believe what you cannot see.



It has been nice to know someone with great strength and courage.



I will miss Dan and all that he so willingly has passed on.
