On November 12, 2016, Cecelia "Chippy" Fox (nee Rosen); beloved wife of the late Isadore Fox; loving mother of Harry (Arlene) Fox and Lois (Neil) Cohen; cherished sister of Sylvia Holtzman, and the late William "Willie" Rosen, Paul Rosen, Jenny Rosen, Lena Averella, and Sarah Morrison; adored grandmother of Stacy (Ryan) Siegel, Michael (Jennifer) Fox, and Lauren (Phillip) Berkowitz; devoted great-grandmother of Jenna Crain, Rory Fox, Alexa Fox, Ethan Berkowitz, and Jacob Berkowitz; loving daughter of the late Morris and Lottie Rosen. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Sunday, November 13, at 2 pm. Interment Oheb Shalom Memorial Park - Berrymans Lane. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Oheb Shalom, c/o Learning Ladder, 7310 Park Heights Avenue Baltimore, MD 21208. In mourning at 2 Augustus Wally Court (Goldsborough Manor), Reisterstown, MD 21136, Sunday only through 8pm.

There is not much I can add to the message we sent on your mother's passing. She is still in my memory as one of the kindest people I have ever known. She certainly influenced my childhood almost as much as she did yours. Our thoughts are with you on this day of remembrance.

Your mother was one of a kind. She was the neighborhood Mom when we were growing up. When my mother was working, I knew I could always get a coddie and coke from Miss Chippy after school. She was one of the kindest, lovingest women ever to come out of east Baltimore. We will miss her greatly.
