Dave meant so much to all of the WBAL listers. His calm reassuring friendly demeanor got me through many difficult times. No matter how bad life got, you could turn Dave's show on and feel as though he was speaking directly to you. Talk show hosts could much from Dave.

Sending our prayers and thoughts to the Durian Family. I was very fortunate to have worked with Dave at WBAL-TV on weekend mornings. Dave was tremendously talented, humble and kind and I admired and respected him greatly.

Loved listening to Dave Durian on WBAL TV and Radio. He was the voice of Baltimore News. Now he can hug his son and other family members.

Dave, you and Marty were such lovely neighbors across the street from us. So genuine and loved your humor. Enjoyable times we had when you and Marty brought little Amy and Adam to swim in our pool. Can remember when you bought your Corvette and how much we enjoyed riding our made in USA sports cars. I can imagine that St. Peter at those pearly gates upstairs is happy to have you running the morning program up there in the heavens now. And you have the best view. We were so lucky to have befriended you and your lovely family. Yes those KDKA Pittsburgh roots.
