Family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road (at Franklin Blvd.) on Monday August 9, 2021 from 6-8pm. Service will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Veterans Yacht Club Association, C/O Chaplain Ron Lippa, 34 Flagship Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. All proceeds will go to help Veterans In Need.
