On January 27, 2018, George "Jake" Wedmore, IV, of Nottingham, beloved husband of Kimberley Wedmore; loving son of Patricia Wedmore and the late George "Moe" Wedmore, III; dear brother of Dawn Simms, Wes Wedmore and his wife Crystal; loving stepfather of Kaitlin Brooks; cherished uncle of Tyler Simms and Maura "Moe" Wedmore. Family and friends will honor Jake's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday. Interment Lorraine Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jake's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Shriners Hospital for Children Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607.
