IMRE , Paul D. On May 23, 2009, Paul D. Imre , 83, of Columbia, MD; beloved husband of Jo Ellen (Varner) Imre. Mr. Imre is survived by his children Robert and Victoria, David and Thomas and by the lights of his life; his granddaughters Olivia, Gabriella and Diana.
Friends are invited to a Celebration of Mr. Imre's life on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at The Vantage House Auditorium, 5400 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, MD 21044. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mr. Imre's name may be directed to The Residents Assistance Fund of Vantage House at the above address. Interment with Honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Please see www.slackfuneralhome.com for online condolences and directions.

Paul was one of my favorite people; he was always friendly and looked for the best in people and situations. I am fortunate to have met him. He always said what a lucky man he was to have a wonderful wife as Jody, two sons and three granddaughters, the loves of his life. Vaya con Dios!
