Philip Rohlfing Obituary
The family will receive friends at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale), Thursday, 2-3 PM, with a Memorial Service immediately following. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kennedy Krieger Foundation, 707 North Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21205.

I am so sorry to hear about Phil, I just found out. I missed seeing him walk the dog, we used to have late night chats outside.He was so proud of Aaron and Bryan ! I will miss him. So sorry .

Poncho came to visit me every summer in O C. I really enjoyed his company and will miss him very much. I just wish I had known in time to come to the funeral home.
