The family will receive friends at the Church of The Immaculate Conception, 200 Ware Ave, Towson, MD 21204 on Monday, September 25, 2023 starting at 10 a.m. with Mass beginning at 11a.m. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Vince's memory to The Enoch Pratt Free Library, 400 Dulaney Valley Rd or at prattlibrary.org/donate or to Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd, Timonium MD 21093 or at stellamaris.org/donate.
