BILL WILL BE MISSED BY THE WHOLE SHIFLETT CLAN HE WAS LIKE A BROTHER ALWAYS JOLLY,FUNNY AND A GREAT PERSON TO BE AROUND AT A PARTY I CANT EXPRESS HOW BAD I FEEL WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OVER OUR MOTHER AND MY SON WE TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME THEY ARE WITH GOD NOW AND HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM

Uncle Bill was a great friend to the entire Woodward Family. We will miss him dearly. May his love for family and friends be planted as a seed in all of us so that his love for life can live forever. Thanks for the memories Uncle Bill. I Love You.

Was a good friend. Meet him only 5 years ago. Was best man at my wedding. Made me feel very special coming into his life and his best friends, my hubby. Will miss him greatly but always in my heart with a smile
