Deborah Hanley Obituary

Deborah Hanley (Brinlee), 54, of Vidor, formerly of Nederland, passed away at her home on June 18, 2011. She was born in Homestead, Florida and was the daughter of William Boyd Brown and Shirley Dean. Deborah has been an area resident since the age of three. She was employed as a coding specialist for the Eye Centers of S.E. Texas and was a member of First Baptist Church in Vidor. Deborah is survived by her daughter Nicole Kibodeaux of Nederland ; grandson Devin Kibodeaux of Nederland; sister Gina Smith of Baytown; brothers: Stephen Brown of Nederland, and Kenneth Smitty Smith of Baytown ; and her mother Shirley Brown of Woodville. She is preceded in death by her father and her husband Michael Hanley. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, June 20, 2011, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Melancon's Funeral Home, 1605 Ave H, in Nederland. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 21, at Melancon's Funeral Home, with Reverend Terry Wright, of First Baptist Church of Vidor, officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Details and online guest registry at melancons.org.

I worked with Deborah years ago, and I remember how happy she was all the time. She loved her music (smile) and she loved her family. She will be truly missed. I would like the family to know that you are in my prayers.
