1936 - 2016 Jo Ann Kelley, 80, of Kirbyville, TX died Nov. 20, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, at Central Baptist Church in Kirbyville with burial at Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville. Jo Ann was born on Nov. 20, 1936 in Buffalo Valley, Tennessee and had lived in Kirbyville since 1969. She was a retired insurance agent. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Ruth Kelley; her mother, Helen Sledd and step father, Raymond Sledd; her father, Willliam Bates Woodard; two sisters, Shelby Jean Stithem and Becky Sanford; and three brothers, James Woodard, Roy Clyde Woodard, and William Lillard Woodard. Survivors include her husband, Bro. Elzy Kelley of Kirbyville; children, Gwen Pearson of Kirbyville, Karen Stone of Austin, Debbie Akines of Kirbyville, William Elzy Kelley, Jr. & Cheryl of Beaumont, and Andy Kelley & Helen of Lumberton; 9 grandchildren, Krystal Thompson & J.J., Chase Kelley & Courtney, Drew Kelley & Stephanie, Balke Kelley & Chelsea, Sarah Kelley, Clint Kelley, Stephanie Bell & Ryan, Ryan Pearson & Terryn, and Britteny Akines; and 9 great grandchildren.
