Paul and I shared a rather rickety up the back steps, third floor falling apart apartment our sophomore year at Northwestern. I was saddened to learn of his death, far too young, but reading about him I was not all surprised to learn that he lived an outstanding, generous and loving life. That's the kind of guy he was at Northwestern. He seems to have been a total success in every way, both personally and professionally. And he lives on in his children and grandchildren - and in the many people he helped in his legal career.
My deepest sympathy to his friends and family.
