Kenneth Kluter Obituary

Kenneth Deane Kluter, age 84, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025.
He is survived by his wife Patty, daughter Kenda Lopez (Hiram) of Double Oak, Texas, daughter Tricia Feuerborn of Leawood, Kansas, and daughter Keri Siegman (Scott) of Leawood, Kansas. Grandchildren, Taylor Siegman (Emily), Garrett Siegman (Kimberly), Jackson Siegman, Colton Lopez, Cayden Lopez, Kennedy Feuerborn, and Kylar Feuerborn. He is also survived by his sister Jean Intelmann and brother Chuck Kluter (Sandy).
Born on February 5th, 1941 in Hawarden, Iowa to Carl and Bernice Kluter. He was united in marriage to Patty on June 22nd, 1963 at United Methodist Church of Warsaw. Kenny and Patty met in 7th grade in Warsaw, Missouri and they were married for 62 years. Kenny received his college degree in Education in 1962 from Central Missouri State University.
He was a teacher at Warsaw Elementary, where he taught physical education. Later, he taught 7th grade science at Yeokum Middle School, where he became vice principal. He finally retired as vice principal at Belton High School in the early 90s.
Kenny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose life was marked by kindness, quiet strength, and a deep love for his family. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life - golfing, fishing, hunting, and camping.
He redefined what it meant to be a principal by the relationships he built with students and staff alike... a true local icon in the Belton community. He was kind and his absence will be felt deeply by all who knew him. He will be missed, but long remembered.
His visitation service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd at 10 a.m., proceeded by his funeral at 11 a.m at Crossroads United Methodist Church at 515 East Markey Parkway, PO Box 167, Belton, MO 64012.
The family kindly request memorials be sent to the Belton School District or Crossroads United Methodist Church of Belton.
