NEW SALEM - Chester Kaelberer, 99, died on August 15, 2023, at Elm Crest Manor in New Salem, ND. Memorial service will be held at Peace Church in New Salem, on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Bethel Church Cemetery.
