Dear Ann's
Elizabeth Menefee
December 6, 2024
I´m so terribly sorry to hear of Ann´s passing. I remember, and will continue to remember, her as a resident when she was at UMass. I was a brand new baby NP on the floor, and she made me feel so intimidated - she was/is BRILLIANT. I always said she was the one I "wanted to be". My heart goes out to her family, and the children she loved and endured so much to have while achieving so much in her our career. What a loss

Dr. Quinn was an "everyday angel." She was our physician for at least nine years and we never had any idea that she was struggling with her own serious medical battles. As a former Kindergarten teacher, I would like her children to know that they were always on her mind. I have a grown daughter named, Emily, and two five-year-old grandchildren the same age as her Drew. We would often chat about the "kids" and what they were doing. I pray that her family will take comfort in knowing how very much she meant to all of us. May she Rest in Peace.

Dr. Quinn was a perfectly wonderful doctor for me since her arrival at Acton Medical, and for my husband and my sister until their deaths. I am enormously grateful for her wonderful care. By the way, I'm also grateful for the beautiful letter Dr. Kovacs sent to Dr. Ann's patients announcing her death.

Dr. Quinn was my mother's PCP for many years, and I have accompanied her to appointments over the last few years. She was always able to provide my mom quality care and sincere empathy throughout her health challenges. I feel that she was one of the most compassionate and caring doctors that I have met. Dr. Quinn will be greatly missed. Please let her children know what a kind, caring doctor their mom has been to my mother and many others.

Dr. Quinn was my doctor for as many years as she was at Acton Medical. Dr. Quinn was always caring and kind. Sometimes I joked with her, and she always went along with my silly jokes. I will greatly miss her, but I won't forget her. My heart goes out to her all of her family. She was such a special person.

Dr. Quinn was my PCP. The last time I saw her I was able to apologize for the way I comported myself during the prior visit. She was graceful, empathetic and forgiving. I am so glad we were able to have that exchange before it was too late. She espoused the patient centered home approach to care. She will be missed.

Dr Quinn was a smart, caring physician...I was her patient for two years and just talked with her via Acton Medical portal a few weeks ago. I would have never guessed in my recent visits and conversations with her that this was going on in her life. Such a strong, wonderful woman. My heart bleeds for her family, especially those two little children. It appears that there are many family members that will support them and never let them forget their precious mom. God Bless all of her family. I will remember her fondly, always.

Ryan (and the entire Quinn & Saunders family), I am very sorry for your tragic loss. I initially sent my condolences a few days ago when I saw the first email, but it didn´t seem to submit properly. No matter, I wanted to send some HC `03 love in this incredibly tough time.
