Dearest Tony - You were such a very close and dear friend of my dad, Charles Beard, and my mom, Dorothy Beard, both while working for the Commonwealth of Mass. Comptrollers Division for over 26 years and afterwards. Mom and I just learned today of your passing....we are both heartbroken!
