Bernice DePIETRO Obituary

DePIETRO, Bernice M. (Callahan) Age 88, of Quincy, died, Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Wife of the late James DePietro. Mother of Lee DePietro of Quincy, Lori O'Brien and her husband, Paul of Westwood, Lillian Sitcawich and her husband, Ron of West Roxbury, Donna Niosi of Quincy and her late husband, Peter, James DePietro and his wife, Carlotta of Westwood, Bernice Alers and her husband, Jeff of Franklin and the late Artie John DePietro. Grandmother of twelve and great-grandmother of one.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Ave., QUINCY, on Monday, March 31, from 5 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 227 Sea St., Quincy, on Tuesday, April 1, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 990 LaGrange St., West Roxbury.

For those who wish, donations in Bernice's memory may be made to the Campus School at Boston College, Campion Hall, Room 197, 140 Commonwealth Avenue, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467 or Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
