To All of Charlie's Children, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Sisters: My deepest sympathy to each and every one of you. He was a fantastic Individual and a fine Veteran.
I, for one, will truly miss his brand of humor, his advice, his knowledge, and above all his presence, as well as his dedication, to Family, Friends, and The American Legion.
Charlie, I know that you are in a much better place, then the rest of us. God Bless You and Rest In Peace! Calm Seas, Seabee!
