KURKER, Edward A. Of West Roxbury and West Hyannisport, June 9, 2017. Dear and devoted husband of Dolores (Thomas). Loving father of Wayne Kurker and his wife Peggy of West Hyannisport, Susan Kurker of West Roxbury and Lisa Mitchell and her husband Gary of Walpole. Cherished grandfather, "Gidu" of Julia, Jared, Makenzie, Garrett, and Megan. Dear brother of William Kurker of West Roxbury and the late George and Albert. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Service Tuesday at 12 p.m. in the Church of St. John of Damascus, 300 West St. DEDHAM. Visitation in the Church beginning at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Edward's memory may be made to the Church or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Proud Veteran of the US Navy.
