Elaine and I had so many great times to remember. Working at Town Hall together, vacations on Marco Island, and Rome, Tuscany and Venice. I can't believe you are gone from this earth, but never in our hearts.

Elaine always supported me through the Rotary Club was a high school student. Whenever I saw her, I was greeted with warm regards and always made to feel so valued and important to her. Her kindness and believing in me will always stay close to my heart.

It was absolute joy and pleasure working with Elaine at the Town of Suffield. She brought such passion to her work with the town and the State of Connecticut. Her lively conversation, sense of humor and commitment to the community will be sorely missed. Her legacy will live on!

On behalf of the Suffield Police Department please accept our profound and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Elaine. She was truly a remarkable woman who was full of energy and commitment to the town of Suffield.
Elaine was the one person in town I enjoyed meeting with every day. She always offered suggestions with the utmost intelligence and with an overabundance of common sense on all matters. She will be greatly missed by all of us and will forever be in our thoughts and prayers.
May God bless you all during this difficult time in your lives.

I will really miss seeing Elaine in town, although I wasn't a close friend when we ran into each other she was full of questions and genuine interest about my family. Elaine had a beautiful way of acknowledging people . After reading her multitude of accomplishments I can see Elaine had a mission and drive to serve others. There is no greater complement and virtue ! On one occasion when we talked recently I told her " you know am a Republican but I voted for YOU, " we had a good laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
