To The Iacobucci family. I still have so many good memories of Tony when I think of growing up in Somerville. He was such a part of the neighborhood. That corner will forever bring back a smile. It should bear his name. The holidays can be tough when someone is missing. I hope the family is well.

If we could only turn back time , some of my best days was going into Tony’s store seeing him and Joe working the counter , making me feel like a million bucks , then Rocco or John or Marc would pop in and it was one big happy family , laughing and having fun, R.I.P. Tony your remembered and loved .

I know that it's been a while but as I drove by the store today all I could imagine was that booming voice and his beautiful smile as we would walk in the door. Some people are a thread in a tapestry of a neighborhood. Others, like Tony, were the glue that held a community together. A guy who unknowingly helped other parents by teaching their children to say please and thank you! And who, in the process, raised a great family of his own! I'm sorry for going on but as I drove past the store today I wanted to cry... Until I imagined that great laugh of Tony's and all I could do was smile.

Dear Rocco, Peppe and all the family,

Deepest condolences from the Luc Family. Rocco and I went to high school together, and I saw your dad probably every other day as I went to buy candy or cigarettes for my dad...for many years. I was always greeted with a warm smile. 'Leesa' he would call me and give me a hug. Your dad is very much a part of our history growing up in Somerville. I thank him for being a kind man.
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

You are all a reflection of him and what a great man he was. Stay strong. My Thoughts and prayers will be with you all. RIP Tony and watch over your wonderful family. God Bless. To the Iacobucci Family,
Our deepest sympathies to you all. Tony was and will remain an amazing example of the impact that the simplest acts of human kindness can have on those around us. His constant smile and happy greeting of "caio bella" always made my day and will stay with me always. He always showed great warmth toward my family which will never be forgotten. What an irreplaceable loss his passing is to our little corner of Somerville. It is a Blessing just to have known him.

So sad ❤ You were one of the nicest guys. Growing up on Gorham St. my family always used to go to the store. Even after moving out of Somerville I would go to the store and play Keno and hang out with Ray, hoping to see Tony come in for scratchies so I could give him a hug. RIP Tony... I'm sure Al is happy to see you ❤

My heart goes out to hear the news about Tony. He was truely like family. In fact most of my childhood and early adulthood memories include him and the store. There was never not a smile on his face. He knew everyone and everyone knew him. This news to me is like the end of an era. He was a great part of makeing our growing up days so much fun. He is truely missed and speaking for all the jay street kids will never be forgotten. Patrick stone. (Jay street)
