Frank Ausiello Obituary

AUSIELLO, Frank Joseph Was called to heaven unexpectedly on December 5, 2011 at the age of 58. Husband of Linda F. (Ferrera) Ausiello. Father of Leigh E. Ausiello of San Francisco, CA and Hope M. Ausiello of North Attleboro. Son of the late Mildred (Williams) Leavitts, Frank Ausiello and Edward Leavitts. Brother of Robert, John and Timothy Ausiello and Cindy Mercogliano. Also survived by his in-laws: Mark Ferrera, Mike, June and Marissa Roy and his grand-nephew: Joseph; his life-long friend, Michael Shields and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. Residence: North Attleboro; formerly of Norton and Brockton and native of Somerville. Visitation on Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 3:00 - 7:30 PM in the "Commonwealth Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home-the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on the left) Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Children's room available during visitation. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, 105 Stanley Street (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, turn right onto Stanley Street in ½ mile and travel to end of Stanley Street), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro with his longtime friend, the Rev. Dan O'Connell, and the Rev. Thomas A. Frechette, Pastor, co-officiating. There will be no funeral cortege from the funeral home prior to the commencement of church services. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Towne Street, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Following cemetery services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at a location to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. Ausiello's name may be made to the Frank J. Ausiello Scholarship Fund, c/o Bishop Feehan High School, 70 Holcott Drive, Attleboro, MA 02703.
