Joe was a man somewhat larger than life and made a mark wherever he went. I loved his honesty and humor. I also love the family legacy who remains with us.

Joe served as Massachusetts State Fire Marshal from 1972-1976. He was a true gentleman and always friendly to everyone he would meet. Be at Peace now Joe.
