Mrs. V will be missed so much--by my daughter Leila, her student. And by my son, a big fan of her blueberry muffins. And by me, who was on the receiving end many times in the short time we knew her. The day she died the sky cast a different light over our town and I could almost here her say, "it was a beautiful life." Thank you family, for making this a beautiful life for Mrs. V. Our love for her is now yours. Love, Mary, Leila and Dorian at Johnson.

Dear Tom, James and Lily,
We were all terribly saddened to hear from Hilary that Katie had died. Though we moved away ages ago, the whole von der Lieth family remains very much a part of who we are- all those wonderful times we had when the kids were young, following the Natick Strikers- and our memories of Katie are particularly fond. She was one of the loveliest women I've ever met, so kind with the kids, generous of spirit, and bubbly and fun to be around. We feel lucky to have know her. I hope today is a real celebration of her as a person. Much as we wish we could be there, we obviously can't, but please know you're all in our thoughts.
With love from Martha, and the rest of the Stewarts- Louis, Alex, Dan and Chris (Cambridge, UK)

Losing a loved one is very hard and Kathy was one of the good ones. You may find peace in that God has a plan from the day we are born, and while we may not like the plan, life is as it is meant to be. Kathy had a good life and we are all enriched by knowing her. Our condolences to the family.

I will always remember you standing in my backyard enjoying the sweet fragrance of my Lily of the Valleys. Your beautiful face was so full of joy when I fetched my garden shovel and bucket and sent you home with some to plant. Your appreciation and love for all that surrounded you was infectious and your heart was big enough to love everyone that passed through your life. You will be remembered for your pure heart, kind words and strength. May peace be with you.
