We will miss Auntie Mookie and the way she lit up when she saw us..she enjoyed all of the nieces and nephews and was always delighted to hear about our lives.
She told us how smart we were and that she loved us very much. She told us about her life and the lives of our parents in the old days.
It was nice to have a link to the past and to know that she had known us from the beginning and had watched us grow and change since we were born.
She valued us and listened with twinkling eyes and a hearty laugh when we were silly and when we said things that were "over the top". It was a joy to try to get her to giggle like a school girl and know that she was a lot like us despite the differences in our ages.
It was comforting to know that we shared a common bond of family and a generous dose of love.
We think that she too was smart and we loved her very much.
We will miss you Auntie Mookie.
with love ...Ruthanne

Bill and Family,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you and my prayers are with you. I think of Nana often and the laughs she gave us on many occasions. We'll always remember the "sink cabbage".
Love,
Cheryl

Dear Auntie --
You've had a full life and was blessed with a wonderful son and family. You are on a new journey and at rest with your beloved, Uncle Bill.
I will miss you and our Christmas Tea Parties, but know you are sharing a "cup of tea" with your sisters and nieces.
I love you very much and you will always have a special place in my heart.
Love,
Phyllis
