Mayer, Margaret A. "Peg" (Peck) Of Waltham formerly of Newton passed away on Oct 26, 2015. Peg was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth M. "Ken" Mayer, the loving mother of Diane S. Mayer of Uncasville CT, Robert P. Mayer and his wife Carolyn of Waltham and Paul J. Mayer and his wife Toni of Lisbon CT and the late Michael David Mayer, and grandmother of Christopher R. and Samuel K. Mayer. She was the sister of the late Dwight, Paul, William and Lucille Peck. Her funeral service will be held on Thurs. Oct. 29 at 11 AM in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home, 465 Centre St., NEWTON CORNER followed by interment in Newton Cemetery. A visiting hour will precede the service beginning at 10. A reception will follow the interment in the First Baptist Church, 848 Beacon St. Newton Centre.
