I am saddened to learn of the passing of Sister Mary. I am the sister-in-law of the late Sister Margaret Cunningham and widow of her brother John. I will always cherish observing their friendship over many years and kindness to others.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Sister Mary Kelleher. She was my 8th grade teacher at St. Joseph's, before she had foot surgery and was out for the rest of the year. She was very kind and a wonderful teacher. She got me a part time job working for an orthopedic surgeon and his wife in Lynn. I worked there for 5 years and was able to pay my tuition at St. Mary's HS. She also worked a few hours/week for the doctor, so it was always great to see her and chat with her. I am so thankful that Sister Mary picked me for the job and I owe her a lot. Rest in Peace.

Sr. Mary was a kind and caring person to all who knew her. She was also my grade 8 teacher at St. Joseph's School in Lynn, MA. I will never forget how well Sr. Mary was able to teach our eighth-grade class with high expectations for our learning. I think of Sr. Mary often since I am also an eighth-grade teacher in Lynn. We were the last graduating class at St. Joseph's School, Lynn. Our family was a part of that parish and enjoyed seeing Sr. Mary at Church. She always would greet me with a smile! God Blessed us all who knew her.
