I remember Miriam as a participant in a class I taught on psychopharmacology in Chicago way back in 1998. She was an interested and excellent participant, clearly a fine physician, and I am happy to have known her briefly.
Best wishes to her family!

Dear Baruch, Rachel, and Rafi,
I recently found out that Miriam passed away. I send my deepest condolences, and am shocked and sadden by her loss. She was a dear friend.
I first met Miriam at Beacon Health Strategies where she was my supervising physician, and we developed a close friendship and also a great professional relationship.
I never met Rachel or Rafi but felt as thought I knew you both. She shared many family pictures and stories durig our meetings and occasionally celebrated our birthday's together because we were both born in May. She has truly left a void in my life.
My prayers are with you all.

I had the honor of calling on Dr Mazor at Riverside community health center as a pharmaceutical rep. Dr Mazor was always so friendly and kind the reps and truly cared for her patients. She was incredibly intelligent and loved to learn. She will be missed by the medical community and all the patients she helped along the way. Rest in peace Dr Mazor.

Dear Baruch, Rachel and Rafi,
We send you our deepest love and much hope that you are strong to deal with Miriam's loss.
As you probably know, Miriam's ("Mimi") and my friendship dates back to Bronx H.S. of Science and continued through Barnard and some time at P and S together. We attended several of each family's celebrations, vacationed together (also with her dad Sidney Dushman)once at Tanglewood and spent an afternoon together in San Francisco a few years ago. Most important and central to our friendship was the occasional long telephone call to catch up on each other's life.
Love to you all,
Jeanette and David Pleasure

Dear Baruch, Racheli and Rafi,
We remember Miriam from our time in Boston years ago and respected her as a caring wife and mother as well as for her important work as a psychiatrist assisting so many people to meet life's challenges. May your memories sustain you during what is certainly a very difficult time.

Dear Mazor Family,
I was truly saddened to here of your loss. I got to know and respect and enjoy Miriam during her several years as a psychiatric consultant at URI. She took great care of those students in whose lives she played a role, and she was definitely a staff favorite, not soley because of the delicious gourmet 'goodies' she enjoyed introducing us to, from her kitchen and local deli's. She also played a major role
helping us get through a very difficult personnel transition during her tenure.
She was most insightful and caring.
Please accept my/our sincere condolences
