NAVID KASRAVI Obituary

Kasravi, Navid Of Newton, passed away on Monday, September 14 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 47 years old. Born in Iran, Navid moved to Germany as a teen and received his business degree from Hamburg University. As a young man, he joined his sister Mitra Farzani in Boston. Upon moving to the United States he eventually settled into his home of the past decade, Newton. He was a born salesman, successfully serving as general manager and general sales manager at a number of local car dealerships. Navid is survived by his sisters Mina Farzani and her husband A. Emami of Iran, Mitra Fazani of Boston, Massachusetts, Atoosa Emami and her husband Pedram, his brother Asghar Farzani, and his parents Nooshin and Amir Kasravi, all of Hamburg, Germany, and his most beloved son Samuel Kasravi of Framingham. He is also survived by many adoring extended family members and friends. Navid was universally known as the life of the party and a comedian, continuously injecting humor into all situations and brightening the room with his winning smile. A deeply caring man with an enormous heart, he held no ill-will towards anyone and focused on fostering lasting relationships with family, friends, and coworkers alike. Private memorial services were held at Newton Cemetery on Thursday September 17th, where he will rest in peace for eternity.

Dein Freund

Navid.

We shared many long days, and completed everything we aimed for. You were always my friend, and advised me well. It's strange. I still have your number and wanted to call, however. My friend. Rest In peace & know you touched many people. I will miss you.

My uncle was truly a force that was larger than life. I feel so lucky to have spent as much time with him as I did; it was impossible not to laugh till it hurt when with him. He's so deeply missed already.

Dear Navid, you will always be missed in our lives, but will live on in our hearts. So unfair when you pass on at such a young age. I know, I speak for my whole family, when I write these words. We wish you were here to celebrate your birthday today.
