Dear Joanie: It was not that long ago that Ruth called me in Curacao to chat and tell me that she was planning a trip to visit... It seems not that long ago that I, her secretary and "adopted" niece, would sit at her kitchen table with Martin and the cat... The memories are many and cherished... I wish you and the family strength... She will be missed! She was a chunk of my "American Experience" and will remain alive in my mind... She was a person worth knowing!
Love

Though we are cousins, we really only met two years ago. It was enough time to come to appreciate you as a wonderful person and I am saddened that it was such a brief encounter. Yet you will not be forgotten.

Ruth was a fantastic woman who loved life and people. We considered her as part of our family and loved her dearly. She will be missed by our entire family and all her friends. May she rest in peace. With love, Myrna & Carl Franzblau

I was truly sadden to hear of your passing today.
I met you over ten years ago when I started working in the "Biochemistry Department". I was always greeted with a warm hello from you.
My memories of you will be forever in my heart. You where a woman with class and willingness to get things accomplished, and I admired you for that.
I was given the name, that I was just like you. Which made me feel very special.
I will definately miss your warm hello's.
My God continue to bless your family during this time of sorrow.
You will be missed by all of us!!!
