STEPHEN STOLLER Obituary

STOLLER, Stephen D. Age 86, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2019. Beloved husband of 47 years to the late Bobbi Stoller, and son of the late Melvin and Jeannie Stoller. Loving father of Susan of Canton, James and wife Kris of Sharon, and John and wife Kate of Wayland. Proud grandfather of 6 granddaughters: Alex, Stefanie, Julia, Abby, Jackie, and Lilly. Steve was born and raised in Mattapan along with brother Eddie of Scottsdale, AZ. He graduated from Boston English High School and Boston University. He married Bobbi in 1958 and raised their 3 children in Randolph and Canton. Steve passionately coached his sons' Little League teams in Canton for 10 years, and served on the Canton School Committee. Steve's greatest passion was golf. Steve and Bobbi were longtime members at Ponkapoag Golf Club, Walpole Country Club, New Seabury Golf Club, and The Vineyards of Naples, Florida. He cofounded Financial Enterprises and was a pioneer in the mortgage industry for 40 years. He enjoyed his retirement years in New Seabury and Naples, FL with Bobbi, and then resided in Mashpee and Boca Raton, FL with his second wife Karen. Despite the physical challenges of his last 5 years, Steve grew even closer to his children and granddaughters and avidly followed his favorite Boston sports teams. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 5th at 1:30pm at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 425 Washington St, CANTON and burial at Sharon Memorial Park. Following burial, memorial observance will take place at the home of James and Kris until 8pm on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 5, and 7 to 9 at the home of John and Kate. In the 60's I would caddy for Mr. Stoller at Ponkapoag Golf Course. He was always pleasant and positve.

Rest in Peace, my friend.
