I am so sorry to hear of Steves passing. An old mutual friend of ours informed us on Facebook. I am very sorry for your loss and I know that no words will bring ease at this time. But from what I can see on here- I know he would be very happy with all the work you have done. I have not seen Steve in a good 15 to 20 years but when I think back to my mid 20s to thirties - Steve was part of those memories in Harvard Square. There was nobody like him. Again, I am very sorry to hear of his passing and I wish you strength during this very difficult time.

JULIE CARBONE

March 4, 2020

Marie, you have been a loving and devoted wife, always being there to take care of Steve these last 18 months, always putting his needs before your own and happy to do it. You are the most selfless person I know. When I saw you on Sunday, all you wanted to do was to make sure I got the Christmas present you had bought me and you had just lost your husband.
I am so sorry that you have lost your best friend. I know how much you enjoyed going to Hampton beach together, the Chateau and the 99, not to mention concerts, the Topsfield fair and movies. I'm so glad that you have lots of Wonderful memories over the last 15 year's.
I know that our mothers, Nana and Uncle Sar are watching over you and feel sad too. I love you so much. Love, Julie

Steve was a friend in our teenage years, and we were good friends for about 6 years. We would all go to the beach, to concerts, and just hang out together.

I remember how we would go to the water park and yell out lines from "The Kids in the Hall" as we went down, always trying to make one another laugh.

When Steve was having a great time, that is the kind of person he was.

Steve's passing came out of nowhere, and I would be lying if I said that it wasn't affecting me. I haven't seen Steven in almost 30 years. But we had so many great times as teenagers, that all i have been doing since Sunday is thinking about those fun times. We made enough memories to laugh a lifetime.

I haven't spoken to you in some time, Steven. But you will be missed.

Rest in peace, Steve!

Steve, your sister informed of your passing, and although you and I have not spoken in almost 30 years, I still remember all the laughs we had as teenagers. All of the concerts, the trips to the beaches and water parks, and just hanging out.

You will be missed, Steve.
