Mr. Breen,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Charlie, Jen and Families,
We were sorry to hear about Billy's passing. When I think of Billy I think of a smile on his family and a "Breen" twinkle in his eyes. We are thinking of you during this tough time.

To the entire Breen family,
The Cape will not be the same without listening to Billy. He was a constant presence and always good for a laugh. My family will never forget him. God Bless all of you.
