We'll today is the day, 18 years ago, we met. Its hard for New Years Eve to go by with out thinking of you, and I always will! Out in the cold December weather looking at the fireworks, walking downtown through the crowds, just hoping there wasnt going to be a fight this year, again! It seemed inenvitable every year! I will never forget the year you gave my midnight kiss to some fat girl that you didnt even know standing right behind us. I think back on it now and just laugh about it. I remember one new years when we were broken up and I didnt want to go into Boston because it was always our thing, but everyone convinced me that the chance of running into you out of a million people was impossible. We'll what do you know, I was standing in the bar and you walked right into me, what were the chances of that, a million to one! Kind of funny, huh! There are so many more memories of New Years, but there are too many years to write about. Well I had to write you once more before I began a new year. Just remember you are forever in my heart, you had it for such a long time!
Hope you enjoy the life up there! Your family and friends still think about you, I continue to get "Sorry's", from people we havent seen in forever. Keep watch on everyone and see that evryone has a safe and wonderful New Years!

Billy I am really going to miss you! I still cant get over this! It has been 3 days now since I found out you were gone and still have not stopped crying. You may have been rough on the outside, but if someone were to look into your eyes they would see the softer person you really were. So many of us are shocked. Billy...iv'e known of him for not to long, and only chilled wit him for a few times. but all the times i did were crazy. billy was a great person to know, alittle rough at times but great non-theless. He had character! the very first day i met him he treated me with the utmost respect, and he didnt judge me at first sight or any thing negative like that. he came off friendly and im the type of person that can get along wit almost anybody. if thats the way they wanted to be treated. any all im sayin is i got nothin but a good vibe from him, and because of that i would have had his back if he ever needed a helpin hand, regardless of the time frame of knowing him. and i hope hes up in a better place watchin down on the woman he loves getting all the "chicken" he can eat. and if she ever needed some1 to talk to u are more than welcome to cll me. -}Van-Illa{-

I only met billy once for a few minutes but that doesn't matter because i see two important people to me(rachel and crystal) who are devestated by his passing and it only makes me hope i knew him better from what i hear he was a caring person and i know he will be missed by all his friends greatly.
