I met Ziva when I worked at MIT and we became good friends. I've lived in many places since Boston and woke up thinking of her this morning. I was saddened to learn of her passing and send my condolences to Jack and her family.

I was just notified that we've lost Ziva - a powerful force, indeed! I had the privilege to be one of her doctors (Gynecology) for many years, and always enjoyed our animated conversations about many medical and social topics, particularly relating to menopausal changes, weight management, and hormones. She did so amazingly well initially in her battle with this disease - augmented by her great determination and energy. My sympathy extends to her husband and family -- Ziva was very kind and thoughtful to me when I lost my husband in 2013. I was very sad and moved to hear of her loss. I will not forget her !!
