I found myself thinking of you today so I gave your name a quick google search. I should have known I'd see dozens of comments about what a special person you were. I wish I wasn't so young when you passed so I could really appreciate you in my life. Nonetheless I have some very fond memories of you. I loved coming over the house on Stearns Street, I don't remember many of our conversations but I'll always remember the love I felt in that house. You would always be cooking, my favorite being the eggplant parm and the stuffed calamari in the gravy that I wish I had the recipe for. I'd pluck them out of the pot till all that was left was gravy. The stuffed vinegar peppers were one of my favorite snacks and we still have the blankets you made somewhere at the house. When you're young you think everyone is this loving and kind. But as you grow up, you realize it takes a truly special person to be the kind of person you were. Unfortunately some of my most clear memories of you are towards the end, bed ridden on Sheafe Street going to dialysis 3 times per week. You still had good spirits then and you loved your olives and sharp cheddar cheese as a midnight snack. I'm happy I was able to do that for you. Love you Auntie.

Dear Jeanette, I miss you dearly. I miss your daily phone calls, your recipes, and just the fun we had talking about the old days. Every time I stuff mushrooms or artichokes, your the first person I think of. You will never be forgotten. I have that beautiful photo you gave me, and I read the message you had inscribed on the frame. You were one in a million. Love & miss you...

Jeannette was one of the most caring people i ever had the honor of knowing. Her humor and sarcasm are what i will remember the most about her. She was so happy to invite any of us EMT's into her home for some food or a beverage. I still think about her "marinated stuffed peppers" quite often. She was always kitting something for a family member or a friend. There aren't many people like her out there, which is why I am happy to have know her while she was here with us. You will be in my thoughts and prayers Jeannette. Safe travels, and keep an eye on us from time to time.

Mrs. 'O' was not just a patient. She was a decent human being with a huge heart. We all know how giving she was and she loved sharing her offerings. I will always cherish her shared "gravy" recipe. I think of her every time I make it and am grateful when it graces my table. My family loves it! ~~Rest in Peace, Jeannette.
Our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Jeannette.

My favorite days at Fallon were when I got to hang with Jeannette. We became something of pen pals when I left that job. And today I'll wear one of the winter hats she gave me- Betty Boop of coarse!!.

Jeanette was the most kind, generous person around! A family friend for years, she was always happy, smiling and always giving! We have so many of her blankets and my daughters have many colorful ponchos adorned with her fun fur! She was my mother's dearest friend and the only one who came to visit her while she spent months recovering at Spaulding rehab. I'll never forget her generosity and big heart. She will be greatly missed.
