Beloved father of Joseph, his wife Rose of South Boston, Tish O'Toole, her husband Seamus Martin of County Meath, Ireland and the late Ann Kyne and her husband Micheal of South Boston. Loving Grampy of Conor, Aidan and Colman O'Toole, Aisling,Tadhg and Finbar Kyne and Matthew and Rose Martin. Dear long time friend of Barbara Walsh. Son of the late Patrick and Kate O'Toole. Brother of the late Martin and Packy O'Toole. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Proud founding member of the South Boston Information Center. Past long time President of Local #20, Bakery and Confectionery Workers International Union. Late veteran US Army, Korea. Joe was a proud lifelong resident of the Lower End.
