Dear Sandy,
I hope you have been doing well for the last year.
It's hard to believe our Brucie has been gone that long. I'm sure he has been keeping everyone laughing up in Heaven; we'll all catch up to him someday and talk about old times at GTE. Take care.

They broke the mold with Bruce. There was never a dull moment when you were around him. Thanks for your wisdom at work and the good times we had. I will see you again someday.

Sincerest condolences To Sandy for her loss. I too was a co-worker of Bruce. I promoted into the same work group as Bruce in 1996 and called upon his knowledge for help several times the first few years I was there. Thinking back on those days, he was very patient with me and the rest of the "newbies" in the central office. He was always a joy to work with and even more so just to spend time in casual conversation. I remember when he retired thinking that we were losing a very valuable employee. Now, we have lost a very valuable friend.... Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Truly a sad occasion in hearing of Bruce’s passing. No truer and more loyal friend could one have had. I last spoke with Bruce some months ago where I let him know that we were in the process of relocating back to the Sarasota area and planned to rekindle our friendship with he and Sandy. He will be missed by all who knew him but, Heaven is now an even better place than ever with his presence. RIP my friendJD

Bruce Babbit was my first cousin, and only blood relative from my childhood. Bruce was more like an older brother to me. Sadly, and all too soon, with his passing I have lost the last link in the family chain. I used to follow 'Brucie" around like a little puppy, and loved him dearly. My heart is broken in so many pieces, as I'm sure his Beloved Sandra's is as well as his extended family, and friends. RIP dear soul, fly with the Angels! ALWAYS in my heart.
