Melanie and Kevin, I think about you every day and pray you find all the strength you need for the healing ahead. Sierra holds a special place in my heart. Melanie, there aren't any words to express how sorry I am about your loss. I really think you are a great person that doesn't deserve anything but the best. Eating hotdogs, swimming, reading...there is a long list of activities Miss Sierra loved to do....and all of them were nourished and enouraged by you Melanie, Linda, and Gary. She knew she was loved and cherished everyday by the three of you.

Dear Sierra,
You came to this earth as an angel, also left our lives as an angel. You made your mother who she is today just from knowing you in the unfair, short time she was allowed. You are an angel, a gift that I personally am grateful that I was allowed to meet you. I saw the joy in your mothers eyes and also your grandfathers eyes when they looked at you.
I am heartbroken for my friend and her family that will always feel a void now that you have taken your wings in heaven.
I am however comforted knowing you are a constant angel watching over my dear friend, your mom Melanie.
