Olga Williams Obituary

HINSDALE, N.H. -- Olga M. (Zaluzny) Williams, 77, a resident of Hinsdale, died Thursday, July 26, 2007, at Thompson House Nursing Home in Brattleboro, Vt.

She was born on March 8, 1930, the daughter of the late Harry and Anna Zaluzny in Vernon, Vt.

She attended and graduated from Brattleboro High School with the class of 1947. She met and married David McGee. They had five children together and later divorced.

She worked for over 28 years for The Book Press as a machine operator and retired from there. She also worked for Country News for a number of years in her youth.

She later met and married Donald Williams and they spent the next 37 years happily married.

Mrs. Williams loved gardening and just about all flowers. She was a mother, she enjoyed reading a good book, doing crossword puzzles and had a fondness for cats.

She is survived by her husband, Don Williams of Hinsdale; three sons, Lynn McGee of Anchorage, Alaska, and David A. McGee and Christopher McGee, both of Hinsdale; two daughters, Julie Williams of Hinsdale and Mindy Williams of Brattleboro; three brothers, Walter Zaluzny and Michael Zaluzny, both of Vernon, and Harry Zaluzny of Arizona; six grandchildren, Jennifer McGee, Christopher McGee Jr., Michelle Boobar, Monica Boobar, Gavin Williams and Amelia Williams; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Tamara McGee; a brother, Andrew Zaluzny; and a grandson, Jonathen David Williams.

A day of remembrance for Mrs. Williams will be held on Sunday at the Eagles Club in Brattleboro from 1 to 5 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the National Arbor Society.
