Carol Harmon Obituary
Carol was born Nov. 15, 1942 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Raymond and Bernice (Landon) Doty. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Stanley Tools of New Britain.
She was a member of Plainville Senior Center. She loved traveling, ceramics, card making and scrapbooking.
She is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Tonn and her husband Peter of Terryville, her brother Gerald Doty and his wife Beverly of Arizona, her grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Amber, Jared and Nathan and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Savana and Monroe. She was predeceased by her daughter, Brenda Foreman and brothers, Raymond and Denny Doty.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021 at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville. Burial in the spring will be in Hillside Cemetery, Terryville. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com

Carol, it has been nice bowling with you at Laurel (Lessard Lanes) in Plainville all these yrs. You always tried your best and also improved your average over the yrs. Was a facebook friend a nice way to chat with each other. Prayers for you and you're family. "RIP" Carol

Carol was my best friend, we did everything together, lunch, shopping, scrapbooking, card making, ceramics and knitting. She was so good at making me laugh ie: she said “Evelyn i just saw a deer” i looked and it was a John Deere tractor she said “Evelyn look in mirror i just saw a turkey” well guess what i looked in mirror and i only saw me. Haha I will miss her a lot!!
