My heart goes out to all of you left behind. Two years ago, my brother was killed and I can honestly say I have never felt more pain, but time does heal. I heard a song today by Diamond Rio, and I can't remember the words exactly, but the gist of it was that God cries for us left here on earth, because we are the ones so far away from home. I did not know Amanda, but I know your pain and I think it's probably safe to say that she was well loved

To each and everyone of you. We are so very sorry for Amanda's loss. It seems like yesterday when we became a part of your family. Amanda was only 5 yrs old I believe. It doesn't seem possible that this could be happening.During the time she was missing I lit candles and prayed for her safe return. Maybe I should have specified " returned to her earthly family". As she has returned, but to her heavenly home.
Death is never easy for those of us left behind. I hope and pray that all of you will find support and strength in our Lord and each other.
We are here for each of you, whenever you need us. God Bless.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Oh Manda..I dont even know where to begin. My heart is broken. Just sitting here knowing that I will never see that beautiful smile of yours, the one you had since I first met when you were just 2 years old, just tears me up inside. Everyday since Friday I wake up praying to God that this is all some horrible dream and that you are home slepping in your bed. But then I realize that its just not true. I know youre looking down on me now telling me to be strong. And Im trying...Im really trying to be strong for your mom and the kids...but its so hard. I love you sooo much. I think about the times I used to take you to school with me, and shopping...you went everywhere with me. You were like my "1st kid". And how you couldnt say my name, you called me "Neshy". Where you got that from I'll never know...but Im proud to have been called that by you. I will always be your "Neshy". You have Eternal life now beautiful girl....and we have an angel...one full of goodness and an inner beauty that is truley a gift from God. This is sooo hard for me...the tears are rolling down my face as I type this to you.....Im gonna miss you soo much. But I know youre in a beautiful place now...there is no pain just happiness and warmth. Take heart in knowing how much everyone loves you. Before I say good - bye, I want to leave you with a song quote......................
"Fly me up to where you are
beyond the distant star,
I wish upon tonight to see you smile.
If only for a while to know youre there. A breath away's not far to where you are".......Rest in peace beautiful girl...you will always be in my heart and I will always love you.
