My family and I will be forever blessed to have known Amy. Amy was always there for us as a friend and more. She always brought and smile and patched up my family more times than all of our doctors combined.

Amy had sass and a personality that made you want to be around her. She could also be tough, but had the heart of a lion.

A few months ago, I called Amy when the mother of a friend of mine was admitted to BUF General during COVID-19 when neither friends or family could get into the hospital to see her. I called to ask Amy to ask her if there was a better way to get information about her. Amy ended up staying after her shifts for a week and sitting with this person she never knew. She would call me after she saw her and gave me updates. She was still in the hospital when Amy left for vacation, but Amy would text me asking me how she was doing.

That is how I will remember Amy.

We love and will miss you Amy.
