Beloved partner of Johann (Patti) Carlo. Cherished Son of the late Anna and Joseph Lavango. Dear brother of the late Philip (late Gail) Didio, Joyce (Louis) Gandy and Joan (late Jerry) Wilde. Also survived by many dear nephews, nieces and Johann's family. All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael's Church (651 Washington St., Buffalo, NY 14203) on Tuesday, December 12th at 10:00 AM. Military Honors will take place at Mass. Charles was a Vietnam War Veteran and recipient of the Silver Star. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc.
